12% of users say that: Remote works perfectly, are all done, is very slick, works great. Amazon is sending me another one, will work together. Final time was a charm. New plastic is very cheap. 21% of users noticed that: Product work the first time, will not control the volume on my tv, will not stay paired. Volume was to yell at alexa. Service rep was confused. Volume button don't work.
