Quiddi("us", "we", or "our") operates the https://quiddi.org website (the "Site" or the "Service"). Therefore, we are the data controller of your personal data.

1. Information Collection and Use
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.
When you register to use our Site and/or Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can then be used to identify or contact you ("Personal Data"). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
If your employer has registered with us instead of you, you may still register to use the Site and/or Services, and you also must provide us with your personally identifiable information such as name and email address. Once you have successfully registered, you will be provided with a password to access your account. You agree to keep confidential and not disclose to any other individual or individuals the username and password related to your Quiddi account.
When you contact us via post or email or chat or through our contact form on our Site or telephone, we may maintain a record of the correspondence and/or record of the telephone call we have with you.
All personal data that you provide must be complete, true and accurate. You must not register under anyone else's name. If you provide us with false or inaccurate data, and we identify or suspect fraud, we will record and/or report this. In addition, we may search for information on you as part of our due diligence process to ensure we comply with anti-money laundering laws and legislation.
By submitting your personal information, you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your information in accordance with the terms of this Policy.
We do not store any of your financial information including credit card and billing information. Your financial information and transactions are processed by secure, reliable, third-party services.
Data Use and Tracking
When you use our Site, we, or third parties on our behalf, automatically collect and store data and information on how the Site is accessed and used. This includes data and information about your device and your activities. This information could include, but is not limited to
(a) your computer’s Internet Protocol address (IP address);
(b) your computer or other device's unique ID number;

(d) your settings and preferences such as language and time zone;
(e) statistical data about your browsing patterns and actions such as pages of the Site visited, data and time of your visit, time spent on those pages;

The information we collect is used on an anonymous basis to improve our Site and the Services, and for research and analytical purposes including to produce statistics and analysis of the types of people who access our Site.
2. Use of your Personal Data
By registering on the Site, you agree that we may lawfully store and process your personal data to perform our contractual obligations to you, including where you have a subscription to the Services.

Quiddi may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
(a) We may share your Personal Data with any third-party agents, service providers and subcontractors that we may appoint from time to time to perform functions on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions, including accountants, auditors, lawyers, payment providers and IT service providers.
(b) Under certain circumstances we may have to disclose your Personal Data under applicable laws and/or regulations, for example, as part of anti-money laundering processes or protect a third party's rights, property, or safety or to enforce our service agreement.
(c) We may also share your Personal Data in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of assets, consolidation or restructuring, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by or into another company.
(d) We may also share your Personal Data to comply with any legal obligations, to protect the personal safety of users of the Service or public, to protect and defend the property or rights of Quiddi, to protect against legal liability and to prevent or investigate possible wrong doings in connection with the Service.
(b) Cookies are small data files that your browser places on your computer or device. Cookies help your browser navigate a website and the cookies themselves cannot collect any information stored on your computer or your files. When a server uses a web browser to read cookies they can help that website deliver better user experience. To protect your privacy your browser only gives certain websites access to the cookies it has already sent to respective servers.
(d) Some of the cookies we use are session cookies and only last until you close your browser, others are persistent cookies which are stored on your computer for longer.
(a) We shall process your personal data in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organisational measures.
(b) All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers and infrastructure provided by leading cloud companies like Google and Amazon.
(c) Where we have given, or you have chosen a secure password, and you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
(d) However, you also acknowledge that no system can be completely secure. Therefore, although we take necessary steps to secure your personal data, we cannot entirely ensure that your personal data will always remain completely secure.
7. Data access and updates
(a) You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data that we hold for you, and to require us to correct any errors in the personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate. You also have the right to, at any time, require that we delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, or any other rights you may have under applicable laws, you can contact us here.
(b) We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee if your request is manifestly excessive or unfounded in any way.
(c) If you have any concerns or complaints with respect to this Policy or otherwise with respect to our processing of your personal data, please let us know, by writing to us here.
8. Data retention
(a) We will retain your personal data for as long as you remain a customer of the Service and for 6 months after you cease to be a customer for audit purposes and to respond to any queries you may have about your account, data or usage, except where we are required to retain your personal data for taxation or accounting purposes, for a longer duration.
(b) We shall retain your email address until you opt out of receiving communications via email by contacting us or by clicking unsubscribe links in our emails.
(c) If you contacted us with a question or comment, we shall retain your personal data following such contact to respond to any further queries you might have.
(d) If we have received your personal data from a Quiddi client, we shall retain that personal data in accordance with the instructions we receive from the Quiddi client.
9. General provisions and severability
(a) If any provision of this Policy is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, then such provision shall be construed, as closely as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
(b) This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of State of California, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of the United States of America.
